What We Do

We deliver parts to you that we are proud of.

As a valued customer of Morgan Autosalvage, you may find your required part from our live stock search facility and purchase through the online shop, or perhaps you are greeted by Mike from our customer service team through telephone, email or chat conversation. We also have a shop on site if our local customers wish to visit us and meet Stew, Simon and Chris our front of house team.

Whichever way you place your order, our team endeavour to support your needs. Order placed, your purchase now appears on our fully computerised sales system where a work order is automatically created. At this point Dale will be using some of your vehicle details to check compatibility between your car and our part. This is one of our key strategies to ensure the part meets your requirements.

Depending on the dismantling stage of the car which your part is from, your purchase now progresses one of two ways:

If the part is still on the original vehicle, our team leader Ben designates the job to the ideal member of the dismantling staff. This may involve Andy using our forklift to move a car from our purpose built racking system, before Adam takes your part from the vehicle with a range of our specialist tools and machinery.

Or your part may be prepped and on the shelf from previous phases of disassembly of the vehicle. This part is then located and picked by Dave our warehouse operative.

Once the part is in the hands of our dispatch team, it is time for Chris to conduct one last prep and final quality control checks. Rob in our online sales team makes the booking with the courier for world wide delivery and the part is wrapped and labelled ready for collection. Alternatively, local customers who are collecting their order can make use of our newly added on site fitting service. Trade customers in our area can also benefit from our daily deliveries around Teesside.
